As a vital team player, the Executive Assistant provides critical support to our General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Calendar and Inbox Management: Ensure seamless execution of business functions within the team.
* Liaise with stakeholders, arrange meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and documentation.
* Travel Arrangements: Manage GM's schedule, coordinate travel, accommodation, and car rentals.
* Information Flow: Coordinate information flow, approvals, and document management.
* Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on actions.
* Event Management: Event manage bi-monthly team briefs and Regional Directors conferences.
* Customer Service: Provide customer service to visitors and respond to phone calls.
* Administrative Support: Offer administration support for Business Management team, including facilities management and reporting.
Essential Skills:
* Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Technical Skills: Proven user of MS Office suite of products.
