An opportunity now exists for a Workshop Administrator to join our Port Hedland branch.
About your new role:
The Workshop Administrator is responsible for assisting and supporting the branch with the administration of day-to-day functions. This role reports to the Branch Manager and aligns with the branch's commitment to exceptional service to all Cooper Fluid Systems customers. Key responsibilities include:
* Utilising relevant computer-based job management systems to process workshop jobs.
* Data entry, workshop staff time allocation, and timesheet management.
* Liaising with workshop staff and the purchasing department to organise job parts.
* Ensuring accurate and timely processing of paperwork.
* Assisting with the implementation and transition of a new ERP system.
* Processing some incoming and outgoing deliveries for the business.
* Ensuring a high level of customer service from the branch.
What you will need to succeed:
The successful applicant will ideally have:
* Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
* Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
* The ability to work autonomously and be self-driven.
* Experience using computer-based ERP systems such as Microsoft D365.
* Basic knowledge of workshop, service, and general office administration.
* Full Australian working rights.
* Experience within the Industrial, Mining, Agriculture, or Defence markets is beneficial but not essential.
