The position of Administrative Officer is available at Port Broughton District Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the hospital switchboard and reception area with professionalism and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include creating, storing, and maintaining accurate resident records in line with health service guidelines, performing data entry into Chiron and Working Systems with high attention to detail, and developing and maintaining spreadsheets, documents, and reports using Microsoft Office.
The successful candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills with a variety of stakeholders, the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with integrity, and experience in office administration and proficient use of Microsoft Office software.
Administrative Responsibilities:
* Manage the hospital switchboard and reception area with professionalism and efficiency
* Create, store, and maintain accurate resident records in line with health service guidelines
* Perform data entry into Chiron and Working Systems with high attention to detail
* Develop and maintain spreadsheets, documents, and reports using Microsoft Office
* Assist with meeting minute-taking and document preparation
* Support the Accreditation process and ensure compliance with necessary standards
* Provide exceptional administrative support to staff, visitors, and clients
