Responsibilities
- Managing an income protection & TPD claims portfolio in group insurance (corporate & small industry funds)
- Determining eligibility, liability and managing the claim process
- Develop claims strategies including injury management and/or rehab
Qualifications
- Life insurance claims assessment experience (Group or Retail) ideally across all products
- Strong understanding of LICOP standards and claims management process
- Qualification in legal or allied health will be highly regarded
