The Opportunity
We're growing our Building Services team in Melbourne and are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our established and well-connected Property & Buildings group. This is an opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects, from major commercial developments through to complex infrastructure and emerging sectors like data centres. You'll play a key role in delivering mechanical building services designs across a variety of projects, working alongside experienced engineers and supportive leadership.
What You'll Do
* Mechanical design for HVAC and building systems
* End-to-end project delivery from concept to completion
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across Property & Buildings
* Take ownership of technical quality, coordination and documentation
* Work directly with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams
* Provide guidance and mentoring to graduate engineers
* Contribute to project planning, risk management and delivery outcomes
About You
* Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
* 3+ years' experience within building services consulting
* Developing technical capability across HVAC systems and building services design
* Experience delivering projects across multiple sectors
* Confident supporting design packages and engaging with stakeholders
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
