Festive Season Sales Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused team member to join our stores over the festive season.
The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, enjoy providing exceptional customer service, and be willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide an exceptional customer experience through authentic interactions with our customers.
* Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
* Process and replenish stock effectively.
* Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping.
* Be a positive and enthusiastic team player with a 'can-do' attitude.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience working in a fashion retailer or a customer service environment is highly desirable.
* A genuine love and passion for interacting with customers.
* The ability to deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable experience.
* Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a 'can-do' approach.
* Availability to work from the start of November 2025 through to the end of January 2026, including extended trading hours, weekends, and public holidays.
