Customer Service Representative Role
This role offers an enthusiastic, motivated, and ambitious customer service representative an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and professional environment.
* The rotating roster operates between 7:00am and 7:00pm, Monday to Friday. You will have the option to work from home two days per week after completing a two-week training period.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* You will effectively manage a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls.
* Resolve, manage, and escalate problems logged by our customers.
* Capture data accurately and work to realistic KPIs.
* Provide exceptional service at every opportunity by building relationships and rapport with your customers.
Requirements:
1. 12 months' experience working in a helpdesk or call centre - preferred.
2. Exceptional customer service focus.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. A willingness to attend a two-week on-site paid training program.
