Your new role As a Senior Customer Service Consultant in the Claims team, you will support your Team Leader while managing your own portfolio of claims. You'll play a key role in resolving customer service escalations, guiding colleagues, and driving performance and continuous improvement across the team. You will be responsible for analysing claims, determining liability, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders. This role also involves mentoring new starters, supporting training, and contributing to business improvement initiatives.
