Job Description:
We are seeking an additional team member with the following attributes:
* Diligent, well-organized, and punctual
* Strong attention to detail
* Creativity and positivity in fluctuating operational scenarios

* Prioritization of OH&S in all company activities
* Enthusiasm for skill development
Requirements:
* 2 Years experience as a CO Operator
* CO DG HRWL (minimum), Intermediate or Advanced Rigging highly regarded
* HR minimum, HC / MC Class License highly desirable
* Working at Heights highly regarded
* Construction Induction
* RTIO, FMG and BHP inductions highly regarded
Role Duties:
* Interpret and apply operational requirements
* Apply detailed Lift Plans and Risk assessments effectively
* Maintain communication with stakeholders
* Operation of Franna Cranes and Liebherr All Terrain Cranes up to 300t capacity
* Work across a variety of roles in operating, rigging and driving counterweight, as required
* Foster a safety-conscious, positive and professional team environment
