What success looks like in this role: As a Communications Services Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for Messaging desktop and server applications, ensuring real-time monitoring of message traffic through Messaging Systems. Your duties will include message actioning and distribution, user account management, and after-hours notification. Additionally, you will provide user training in Messaging applications and manage local accounts to maintain messaging capability. To ensure successful coverage across all regions and timezones, you will work in shifts across 24/7.
