Product Management Administrator
We are seeking an experienced and professional Administration Coordinator to support our Global Product Management Team.
This is a mid-senior level, full-time role based at our Perth Branch. You will report to the General Manager – Product Management and be responsible for assisting in budget preparation, reporting, document management, data entry, travel planning, meeting coordination and provision of contract management support.
* Address internal and external customer enquiries with high attention to detail and effective communication skills.
* Update and maintain databases and systems with analytical skills.
* Assist in the preparation of annual MIN PM CAPEX / OPEX budgets and administer CAPEX requests.
* Develop and maintain business processes and procedures for the MIN Product Management Team.
* Coordinate site mobilisations, enter and process travel requests / travel itineraries and compile / process expense claims.
About you:
* Cert IV in relevant discipline OR At least 3 years relevant administrative experience.
* High attention to detail and effective communication skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard.
* Identification and resolution of potential issues.
* Analytical skills.
* Customer service skills (advanced).
