Position Requirements
Comprehensive understanding or the ability to acquire knowledge of student residence operations and issues that affect the personal and social life of University students and residents.
Comprehensive knowledge or ability to acquire a comprehensive knowledge of legislation, regulations and policy governing student residences within the context of a university.
Basic team leadership skills, including experience with student conflict resolution and mentoring.
Strong communication skills demonstrated through the provision of effective advice and positive dealings with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds.
