We are seeking an organised and reliable Site Administrator to support our client based in Yering, on a temporary basis. This hands-on role is central to the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring smooth operations and accurate record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
* Log all outgoing equipment accurately
* Issue fuel cards to staff as required
* Process invoices and perform basic data entry tasks
* Key timesheets for 10–12 staff into the in-house system
* Assist with general site administration tasks
* Ensure compliance and smooth operational flow across the site
About You:
* Energetic, proactive, and reliable
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable working hands-on in a busy environment
* Confident using basic systems and willing to learn in-house software
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with staff and contractors
Hours:
* 3 days per week: 7:00am – 3:00pm
Duration: Approximately 8–12 weeks, with potential for extension depending on operational needs.
