System Integration Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities
* Provide effective change management, capacity planning, incident management, risk management, and continuity planning using best practices in systems support and service delivery within the ITIL framework.
* Ensure end-to-end service delivery for enterprise systems by establishing and maintaining highly effective working relationships with technical specialists, vendors, and end-users.
* Provide timely application support activity reports to stakeholders.
* Assist in the ongoing development, maintenance, and deployment of application-specific guides, work instructions, and technical documents.
About You
* You will have demonstrated high-level understanding and technical skills in Unix/Solaris System Administration, database administration, query writing, scripting, automation, and application programming.
* You will have the ability to develop and promote ITIL Service Management processes and provide professional support, advice, and solutions.
* You will have excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, including negotiation, influence, and collaboration.
* You will proactively identify, analyze, and manage risks and produce documentation reflecting analysis, review, and decision-making processes.
* You will continuously improve the service offering by understanding business needs and creating enhancements to return ROI.
* You will build and maintain appropriate relationships with team members, other technical specialists, vendors, and end-users.
