Breight Group are now seeking expressions of interest for a Site Coordinator position set to be based residentially in the Karratha region.

Reporting to the Contract Manager this role focuses on leadership and customer relationship development. The applicant should also be a strong safety leader in both process and personal safety with a risk-based mind-set. You should be a strategic thinker with good business and commercial acumen and the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.

**About the Role**:

- Display an overriding commitment to health, safety, environment responsibility and sustainable development
- Provide active field leadership, mentoring and guidance to your teams
- Manage high risk activities in a structured and controlled manner utilising existing business processes and systems
- Work collaboratively with multiple team members across various departments
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Foster and pursue operational excellence through continuous improvement
- A proven ability to coach, mentor and influence change

**About You**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Highly skilled in, and familiar with fixed plant maintenance
- Experience with SAP and scheduling software
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- A positive mindset and demonstrated commitment to safety
- High Risk Work Licence (Advanced Scaffolding ticket)
- Section 44 For Authorised Persons (preferred)
- Working at Heights (RIIWHS204E issued within 2 years)
- Enter and Work in Confined Space (RIIWHS202E issued within 2 years)
- C Class Driver's License (essential)
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug test
