Ideally you will come from a similar role and have Building Industry experience.Key Responsibilities:Produce high quality quotation, tender and contract documentation for building projects, ensuring compliance with organisational and Industry standards and client requirementsAssess and prepare accurate estimates and quotations of building projects, ensuring compliance with organisational proceduresUndertake research into estimating, costing, contract administration and contract cost managementPrepare project trade packages including material lists, scopes of work, construction programs, trade preliminaries, purchase and work orders, contract documentation and quality plans as requiredNegotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors to maximise service delivery and achieve business cost savingsUtilise computerised estimating systems in accordance with organisational systems and proceduresSkills and Attributes:The Ideal Candidate will possess the following:Have a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and presentation within tight deadlinesSuperior organisational skillsBe competent in Constructor Systems and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication skills with the ability to work closely within a teamThis role will be based Full time in our Head Office, located at Heatherbrae, NSWIf this is your area of expertise, please get in touch today!
