What you'll be doing
This role provides first-level customer support and triage for EMR and IPM clinical user accounts across Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health Districts.
Your key responsibilities include:
Assisting internal and external healthcare providers.
Supporting eMR and IPM systems.
Triage of incoming calls to the EHR Design Team.
Managing clinical user account issues.
Ensuring timely resolution of support requests.
Selection Criteria
Demonstrated experience of service desk call handling and triage fulfillment processes, in line with State-Wide Service Desk objectives.
Ability to handle multiple assignments demonstrating effective time management.
Demonstrated ability to work within a dynamic team with a positive attitude who can adapt to new tasks and requirements as required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to develop and maintain documentation.
Demonstrated time management and organisation skills to meet deliverables. Proven ability to function as a self-motivated multi-skilled analyst, working collaboratively in a team environment, with a positive proactive attitude, who can effectively work with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated experience in eMR and iPM account creation tools.
