Director of Learning Support About the Role The Director of Learning Support will oversee the provision of differentiated programs for students with individual learning needs across the Junior Campus. This role involves supporting staff and students in delivering inclusive and quality learning experiences. This position requires a 0.5 FTE teaching commitment and leads a dynamic team comprising Learning Assistants and Learning Strategy Teachers. The successful candidate will foster strong relationships with student families and be responsible for the facilitation of NCCD. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting diverse educational needs in an ELC-6 learning environment, managing multiple staff, and coordinating support timetables. Experience in the IB PYP is preferred. Current First Aid and Anaphylaxis Management Qualifications are also required. Teaching Qualification and Post-Graduate Qualification focused on Learning Needs are essential. A current VIT Registration is necessary for this role. Key Responsibilities
