ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a newly created role to support our growing team.

This is a hands‑on, entry‑level sales role designed for a motivated self‑starter ready to break into digital marketing and business development.

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for inbound leads and new business opportunities. You'll learn how to ask smart questions, uncover client challenges, and position digital solutions that deliver real impact.

You'll report into the Senior Business Development Manager, and work alongside our Managing Director, senior sales and strategy teams, gaining exposure to C‑suite decision‑makers and some of the best marketers in the industry.

To be considered, candidates must currently reside and be eligible to work in Australia.


ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

* Qualify inbound leads and manage first‑stage discovery conversations
* Support proposal creation with tailored research and insights
* Maintain accurate notes and follow‑ups using Salesforce
* Coordinate meeting bookings, pitch presentations and internal briefing docs
* Collaborate with strategy, SEO and Paid Media teams to support pitch readiness
* Join training sessions to build your knowledge of SEO, SEM, CRO, content and analytics
* Bring energy, curiosity and structure to the sales process


ABOUT YOU

* 0‑2 years of experience in a sales, marketing or client‑facing role – recent grads encouraged to apply
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Commercially curious – you're interested in how business grow
* Organized, accountable and eager to learn from feedback
* Able to juggle multiple priorities and work well independently and in a team
* Comfortable working remotely with strong self‑discipline

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION

Salary Range: AUD $65,000 to $75,000 plus super; depending on experience and skills
