About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis, reporting, and strategic advice to senior executives and business leaders across NSW.
You will be a trusted advisor, driving business growth and making informed decisions through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities Provide financial analysis, reporting, and advisory services to senior executives and business leaders.
Manage and resolve finance-related queries and issues from local offices.
Collaborate with local Managing Directors to gather revenue forecasts and track actuals.
Assist in the month-end review process and reporting.
Work with the Finance Director to drive business improvements and system enhancements and provide training on finance systems to local teams.
Possible advancement to manage and motivate a team of high-performing state controllers/business partners.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Several years of demonstrated related experience and/or training.
CA or CPA qualification with 3-5 years of post-qualified experience.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills with a strong work ethic and adaptability.
Strong financial knowledge and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial systems (RECD, PeopleSoft, Business Intelligence, TM1 Cognos).
