Residential Manager Role
As a Residential Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care services to residents in a residential facility. This is a senior leadership role that requires effective management and leadership skills.
The successful candidate will have a Registered Nurse qualification with current registration, as well as First Aid Certificate. Leadership or management qualification is desirable but not essential.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Implementing daily clinical operating rhythms
* Leading day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and compliant service delivery
* Managing budgets and resources to meet financial targets
* Maintaining accurate records for funding, subsidies, and audits
* Overseeing rosters, payroll inputs, and resource allocations for cost efficiency
