**About the role**:
The role of the Manager Digital Analytics, is to lead team of Digital Analytics experts to design, deliver and govern analytics solutions that track digital customer behaviour and the performance of our digital assets, and develop insights that enables confident, data driven decision making.
**More specifically, you will**:
- Lead team of specialists and the program of work thar delivers digital analytics solutions including tagging design (data capture) across the Suncorp Group's web and mobile app digital assets, ensuring that data governance principles are adhered to
- Leads the development of deeper insights into elements of Digital Distribution performance broadly, and Sales Tribe deeply (specific Tribe alignment may evolve if business needs change). Working collaboratively with wider Performance & Capability Team, and insights teams in other areas (Direct Dist, portfolio etc) to develop actionable insights and analysis for the Digital Distribution leadership team, and Sales Tribe
- Deliver insights artefacts that input into various executive reports, and present at various forums, on digital performance. Accountability for preparation and governance of regular reporting, including inputs into the CEO report, weekly performance update, fortnightly service updates and shareholder reporting.
- Provide regular reporting and insights, both proactive and ad-hoc, to enable key digital and business stakeholders to make data driven decisions, to ultimately uplift digital customer experience, digital adoption of sales and service channels, and lifting sales and conversion rates across the entire ecosystem
- Lead the relationship with Digital Sales Tribe for our CoE, and be the Digital Sales Integration point to prioritise and collaborate as a team and maintain one pipeline of work for Sales Tribe
- Lead the Digital Analytics technical capability for Digital Distribution, partnerhip with Marketing Technology teams and Adobe, as well DET, to define the Digital Analytics roadmap and plan that meet Digital Distribution business needs and strategy
- Lead the Digital Analytics program of work plan, in partnership with Tribes to forward plan prorities, initiatives and resourcing to meet needs of tribes annual/quarterly plans.
- Be the lead digital analytics SME and master user across the digital portfolio, using the Adobe Analytics suite
- Lead the Stakeholder relationships and alignment to ensure the Digital Analytics team are the link between developers, product owners, UX, OX and Marketing Technology Operations, by articulating requirements for digital analytics tagging solution designs
- Work collaboratively with digital colleagues and broader business stakeholders (such as: Product, Portfolio, Marketing, Technology etc.) to assess analytics requirements and develop solutions for implementation across both small and large initiatives
- Define and govern the procedures that manage data quality and risk practices in relation to Digital Analytics; including continuous improvement around analytics processes and frameworks to maximise the value of data and insight to the business, maintaining Collibra data dictionaries, leading activities to lift capability for Digital Distribution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners (Direct Distribution, Finance, DET) to develop common practices and tools, supporting the enablement of Suncorp's data strategy.
- Contribute to the Suncorp data community, and build new/best practice insights capability
- Lead a team of specialists and provide guidance and direction to achieve results
**About you**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or a related field (required)
- 5 years' experience in similar role leading insights development for Digital, Insurance, Distribution and/or Sales Performance (mandatory)
- Strong analytics and reporting background with ability to interpret and action-plan results (mandatory)
- Experience leading a team of specialists (preferred)
- Significant experience in Adobe Analytics and Workspace (preferred)
- Experience of digital analytics/intelligence tools, such as Adobe Marketing Cloud: Analytics, Target, Audience Manager (preferred)
- Experience in database building, mining and reporting an advantage.
- Experience in roles requiring analytical thinking/planning, conceptual thinking, problem solving, evaluation of business risks and portfolio design.
- Experience in Insurance, deep business knowledge of Insurance sales and service
- Understanding of the full range of Suncorp brands & products.
