Position: Integrated Project Planner and Scheduler
Based in Canberra, ACT, you will provide project planning, coordinating, and scheduling services to ensure project outcomes are achieved. You should be a natural organizer and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing guidance and support to stakeholders in reporting requirements.
* Managing resource and workforce planning.
* Scheduling, risk management, and assets under construction.
* Managing budget allocation and expenditure monitoring through integrated schedules.
* Forecasting long lead item orders, critical paths, and budget expenditure over financial years.
* Establishing and maintaining project and program schedules and related documents.
* Developing or updating governance and assurance processes related to project schedule management.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience in scheduling, ideally with Open Plan Professional (OPP).
* Knowledge of Defence project management processes.
* Ability to mentor and train in OPP.
* Understanding of Earned Value Management, critical paths, and resource allocation.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Self-starter attitude.
