We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven GP Liaison Officer to join our team at Nowra Private Hospital — a 60-bed acute care facility offering medical, surgical, rehabilitation, and day surgery services. About the Role Reporting directly to the CEO this role plays a key part in strengthening relationships between the hospital and local general practitioners. You'll promote our hospital's services and specialists, helping improve referral pathways and patient access to care. Key responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with GPs and practice teams Promote hospital services and medical specialists Coordinate and support medical engagement activities and events Represent the hospital within the wider medical community What You’ll Bring Previous experience in GP or medical liaison (essential) Knowledge of general practice and the healthcare landscape Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills Marketing or business development experience (desirable) Proficiency in digital tools and reporting A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle (car allowance provided) Why Join Us?
