As a Food and Beverage Attendant you will build deep, mutually beneficial relationships with your team, your patrons and local suppliers. Candidate Profile
Has proven management experience in a bar or hospitality setting.
* Demonstrates strong leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain a cohesive team.
* Is proficient in managing budgets, rostering, and timesheet approvals.
* Possesses a solid understanding of food and beverage trends in the hospitality industry.
* Is available to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
* Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Can prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
* Has knowledge of hotel and bar operations, with strong systems and processes.
* Holds a Western Australian Approved Manager's Card or is willing to obtain one.
