We have a fantastic opportunity for a General Manager Risk & Compliance, reporting into the Chief Risk Officer, to support SJGHC achieve its operational objectives through:
- Providing risk and compliance advice to the Chief Risk Officer and the rest of the Executive Team.- Designing and implementing an effective enterprise risk management (ERM) and compliance frameworks.- Working with key stakeholders to enhance risk management practices and strengthen the control environment.- Designing and implementation of the policy governance framework.- Establishing and embedding a robust compliance framework to enable SJGHC, including all hospitals and services to be aware of, understand and comply with all relevant legislation, licensing requirements, corporate policies and obligations.- As the Privacy Officer, designing and implementing a privacy policy to support compliance with the relevant policy requirements.- Working with insurance brokers to design and place the insurance program for SJGHC.- Partnering with SJGHC Clinical Risk team to ensure appropriate linkages between SJGHC's clinical governance framework and SJGHC's overarching compliance framework.
You will have extensive experience in leading Risk & Compliance teams and performing risk and compliance activities, along with recent responsibility at a senior level for managing risk and compliance in a large scale, complex and geographically dispersed business.
