We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Public Sector team, focusing on Higher Education and Universities across Australia. You will lead the full sales cycle, build strategic account plans, engage with education leaders, and deliver impactful Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute territory and account plans targeting higher education institutions across Australia.
* Understand the education landscape, including regulations, government initiatives, and procurement cycles.
* Position our Education Cloud solutions to meet the needs of universities and learning institutions.
* Achieve sales targets through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a customer-centric sales approach.
* Create detailed account plans for complex accounts.
* Build strategic partnerships and manage CRM data effectively.
* Expand relationships with K-12 and Higher Education customers by understanding their challenges and positioning solutions.
* Stay informed about market trends and competitive dynamics.
* Communicate effectively with leadership, customers, and partners.
* Participate in team activities and professional development.
* Travel across Australia as needed.
