About your new job
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Super Star to manage Major and Key Accounts for the business due to exciting growth and changes within the organization.
Your duties will include:
* Handling all queries, including on-order processing, delivery schedules, and invoicing details.
* Liaising between the sales and operations team to ensure orders are fulfilled seamlessly and any delays/issues are addressed proactively.
* Arranging and managing Key Customer account setup.
* Handling inbound calls from Key customers and resolving their queries.
* Providing copies of invoices, credit notes, statements, and proofs of delivery as required for Key customers.
About you
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Previous experience in a customer service role.
* Previous experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment, which would be highly considered.
* Experience handling Major accounts, which would be a benefit.
* A customer-focused mindset and the ability to deliver empathetic service regardless of circumstances.
* The ability to think outside the square and demonstrate an agile approach to work.
