Customer Relations Officer – Casual Role / View to Permanent

What you'll be doing
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person in a professional and friendly manner
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers and healthcare partners
Processing customer orders, invoices and account enquiries accurately and efficiently
Coordinating with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
Handling customer feedback and resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems as required
Assisting with general administrative duties and supporting the wider team when needed
Following all company policies, quality standards and compliance procedures
What we're looking for
1–2 years' experience in a customer service, administration or customer relations role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional phone manner and customer-focused attitude
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems
Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel formulas is required
Ability to work well within a team and take initiative when required
Experience in the healthcare, Consumer goods or wholesale industry is preferred but not essential
Australian citizenship is required for this position
