Description About our program: Are you looking for an engaging Industry-Based Learning Placement? We have two Marketing Student roles available, offering you an exciting opportunity to work across our four renowned global home appliance brands – Bosch, Siemens, NEFF and Gaggenau. In these roles, you’ll collaborate closely with teams within the Marketing department, across the broader business (including Trade Marketing, Category Management, and Sales), and with our external agencies. Skills And Experiences In the Digital Acquisition & eCommerce Team, you’ll play a key role in shaping brand messaging and driving customer engagement. This team is responsible for: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Google Search Engine Advertising (SEA). Optimize brand website content to meet consumers needs. Drive, amplify and analyze consumer reviews on our website, e.g. via reviews incentive campaigns and product testing programs. Drive eCommerce sales, e.g. plan and execute advertising programs for online shop promotions. Ensure an innovative digital brand presence of our brands and products on e-retailer websites, e.g. Amazon. Website analytics. In the Direct to Consumer & Sales team, you’ll support digital marketing campaigns, analyse data, and assist with eCommerce activities to help drive online sales and brand growth. Support Campaign Execution: Help plan, develop and implement promotional campaigns across digital channels to boost product awareness and sales. Conduct Market Research: Assist in analyzing consumer trends, competitor products, and market demands to support strategic decisions. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track online sales, conversion rates, and customer behavior across digital channels to provide actionable insights. eCommerce Platform Support: Assist with the maintenance and optimization of product listings on company-owned online stores. Project support: Assist in the development and roll out of various projects to further grow sales. About You Must have full working rights in Australia. Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree and looking for a placement. Able to commit to full-time work for 12-months. Ability to build and maintain productive and positive relationships within a diverse environment. Ability and willingness to seek information, apply context, and share knowledge. High level of attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proven written and verbal communication skills. Why BSH?
