Key Responsibilities
* Managing building services contracts including fire services, vertical transport, electrical & hydraulic services, mechanical services, building compliance, car park systems, BMS, cooling towers & water treatment and communication systems.
* Delivering the Annual Essential Safety Measures statement, assisting in audits relating to Building Services of the property and completion and close out of associated action items or defects.
* Assisting in compilation and delivery of Operational & Capital expense budgets in line with targets set and project managing the Building Services component of capital works budget.
* Managing sustainability targets directly referencing Electrical, Water and Gas along with associated reporting of these line items.
* Understanding Fire Engineered Solution and reviewing potential impacts on Tenancy Fitouts and Events with a solution based focus.
* Resolving Common area and tenant issues which have building services elements.
Requirements
* Prior experience as a building services or property operations professional within retail property sector or construction industry with proven project management skills including contract and contractor management combined with negotiation skills and ability to achieve set goals.
* Excellent understanding of building codes and regulations coupled with sound experience managing safety, risk and emergency management.
* Exceptional communication skills with ability to develop effective working relationships and strong skills across MS Office suite.
