* Provide respectful and empowering personal care and daily living support
* Assist with community access, appointments, and social engagement
* Follow individualised support plans and document progress notes
* Uphold NDIS practice standards, WHS protocols, and organisational policies

What You'll Need
* Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, Nursing, Teaching
* Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
* NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check, Police Check
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to procedural fairness
* Supportive onboarding and ongoing training
* Structured workflows and clear documentation tools

* Animal Husbandry at Our Therapeutic Farm – Care for cows, horses, chooks, ducks, and rabbits, fostering connection through gentle routines and outdoor activity.
* Carpentry & Gardening Groups – Build, grow, and create alongside clients in our structured skill‑building sessions. From veggie patch planting to timber projects, it's hands‑on and rewarding.
