Events ACT are looking for casual staff to work in Stage Management, Venue Management and Artist Liaison positions across a range of large scale public events in Canberra including Floriade, the Enlighten Festival, New Year's Eve and Australia Day.
These positions require people who are confident and friendly communicators, who can remain calm under pressure, think on their feet and solve problems as they arise. **Notes**:This position will be offered on a casual basis with a minimum of eight hours a week and the full-time salary noted above will be paid pro-rata.
A merit pool will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months.
Please note, this position will be moving to a current workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW) in 2020. Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
