Job Type: Permanent Full-Time Position
Pay: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
Work Authorisation: Australia (Preferred)

The Role:
In this role, you will perform skilled meat processing tasks while ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
Your key responsibilities are, but not limited to:
* Performing skilled boning, slicing, or slaughtering tasks to meet production requirements.
* Handling knives and equipment safely and efficiently to ensure precision and quality.
* Adhering to workplace health and safety regulations, food hygiene practices, and company policies.
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment in line with industry standards.
* Working as part of a team to meet production targets and operational deadlines.
Shift times are as follows:
* Slaughter Floor Day shift approximately - 6:00am - 4:00pm.
* Boning Room Day shift approximately - 5:00am - 2:00pm.
* Boning Room Afternoon Shift approximately - 2:30pm - 12:00am.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You:
* Proven experience in a meat processing facility as a Boner, Slicer, or Slaughterman
* Proficient knife handling skills, including safe and efficient use of cutting tools
* Understanding of production processes and requirements to ensure quality and efficiency
* Commitment to workplace health and safety regulations and food hygiene practices
* Adherence to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards
* Reliable work history, demonstrating a strong work ethic and consistency
* Ability to pass a physio and medical assessment to meet physical job demands
* Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol screening as part of the hiring process
