Join the team at Gold Coast Private Hospital as a Registered Nurse. We're looking for an experienced professional to join our Oncology team on a part-time basis. You will play a key role within a supportive team, ensuring exceptional patient care is delivered in a 30-bed ward dedicated to providing the best treatment possible.

Responsibilities
Provide secure, evidence-based nursing care
Supervise and guide nursing team members
Educate and support patients in recovery, rehabilitation, and end-of-life care
Lead quality improvement and safety initiatives
Collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal patient care
Serve as a role model for safe practices
Essential Criteria
Authority to Work in Australia
Minimum 12 months experience as an RN
CVAD competent
Working with Children check (if relevant)
Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
Clinical expertise and commitment to high quality patient care
Self-motivated team player
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, customer-focused approach

Salary is based on years of relevant nursing experience against the Healthscope Queensland Nurses Enterprise Agreement 2021–2025 (salaries range between $41.49 and $52.97 per hour + superannuation).
Compliance
Applicants will be required to provide a current National Police check, Working with Children Check (where applicable), and evidence of right to work in Australia prior to appointment. Staff in patient contact roles will provide proof of immunity to specified infectious diseases as a Category A Healthcare worker.
