Job Specification
AsPharmacist Manager, you'll take the lead in driving the pharmacy's success - both clinically and operationally.
Your role will include:
Leading and supporting a talented pharmacy team.
Delivering professional services such asMedsChecks, vaccinations, and medication management.
Overseeing daily operations includingstock control, budgets, and KPIs.
Fostering apositive, team-first culturewhere everyone thrives.

Skills & Experience
General AHPRA registration.
2-3+ years' community pharmacy experiencein Australia.
A strong grasp of8CPA programsandQCPP compliance.
Confident leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
A team-focused mindset with a passion for community pharmacy.
