The RoleWe’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Team Leader to help manage the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio. Based out of our Torquay warehouse, this varied role includes a mix of on-site, remote and administrative tasks ensuring properties are guest-ready, well-maintained and well-stocked.Key ResponsibilitiesCleaning & Linen ManagementManage cleaning schedules, review job quality and help manage paymentsTrack linen stock and condition and rotate/replace as neededRecover costs for damaged linen from guests (as appropriate)Guest & Client CommunicationsRespond to guest inquiries, bookings and support requestsProvide check-in and check-out support to guestsReview guest payments and ensure any missed payments are followed up and capturedProvide updates on bookings, maintenance and property performance to the property ownerAssist with the development of end of month reports for the property ownerInventory & Stock ManagementAudit and top-up consumables in properties for guestsOrder and manage warehouse stock levelsProvide recommendations for new products or product updatesProperty Setup & MaintenanceCo-ordinate and set up new properties with consumables, linen and cleaning (as required)Assist with staging and co-ordinating photography for new propertiesIdentify, schedule and communicate maintenance or repairs at existing properties to property ownersListing & System ManagementCreate and manage listings across booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VBRO and moreUse our Property Management Software (Guesty) to manage bookings, guest communication, reports, payments and calendarsMaintain property records, calendars and inventory logsFinancial & Admin SupportProcess invoices and payments for cleaners, vendors and contractorsTrack expenses and prepare financial reportsMaintain company documentation and CRM recordsAbout YouHighly organised and self-motivatedStrong written and verbal communication skillsMinimum Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years in a similar roleShort-term Property Management Experience (preferred)Confident using a Property Management System (PMS)Must hold a valid driver’s licence and have access to a vehicleHappy to do a variety of tasks – from property visits to computer workWhat We OfferTraining and ongoing supportA varied, hands-on role in a supportive teamRoom for growthCompetitive salaryAutonomy and flexibility for the right personTools to get the job done (e.g. computer)
