The Role We are seeking compassionate and reliable carers for the aged or disabled to support clients in their homes.
This is a hands-on role focused on daily living assistance, personal care, and emotional support.
You will work closely with clients to maintain their independence while ensuring their personal and household needs are met in line with individual care plans.
Key Responsibilities Providing personal care, including assistance with hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
Supporting clients during daily activities and accompanying them to appointments or social outings.
Preparing meals in accordance with dietary requirements and personal preferences.
Performing general household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and basic home maintenance.
Providing companionship, emotional support, and social engagement to reduce isolation.
Assisting with shopping, errands, and medication reminders where required.
Monitoring client wellbeing and reporting any changes or concerns to supervisors.
Following care plans, workplace procedures, and NDIS quality and safeguarding standards.
What You Will Bring A caring and patient approach with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while following structured care instructions.
Good communication skills and respect for client dignity, privacy, and cultural background.
Physical capability to assist clients with mobility and daily tasks.
Minimum Requirements Certificate II or III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or a related field At least one year of relevant experience.
Current Australian Driver Licence and access to reliable transport.
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
Working with Children Check where required.
Valid working rights in Australia.
