CELOTTI WORKFORCE has multiple civil construction clients who are seeking experienced Civil Labourers for immediate starts across the Northern Gold Coast and Southern Brisbane areas, QLD. Role & Responsibilities: As a Civil Labourer, you will play a key role in supporting civil construction projects. Your tasks will include but are not limited to: Assisting with earthworks and excavation Trenching, backfilling, and compacting materials Site preparation and clean-up Pipe laying, concreting and other civil infrastructure tasks Following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment Benefits Pay: $35-37/hour Penalties Allowances Work close to home across multiple locations Full-time, ongoing work with potential for temp-to-perm roles Weekly pay cycle A supportive and collaborative team environment Our Ideal Candidate: Civil Labouring experience Experience working in the civil or similar industries Civil Labouring tickets desirable eg. Confined Space, Working at Heights, Electrical Spotters, EWP, Gas Test, Quick Cut etc. RII/OHS Machinery tickets desirable eg. Roller, Front-End Loader, Compactor Proven experience as a civil labourer, preferably in highway or road construction.
