About The Role
Reporting directly to the Service Deli Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day running of the store's service deli, to ensure the smooth operation of the department and its team.
If successful, you will be required to assist with managing and coaching the team, completing production, actioning orders, generating rosters and much more!
Key Skills & Qualifications
* Fresh food retail knowledge is preferred, but not essential
* Ability to supervise a team
* Passion and enthusiasm, with a very \"hands on\" approach

* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to liaise with both team members and management
