About the Role
As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing and retaining Pinnacle Hire's pump client base across the state. This critical role focuses on achieving rapid, profitable growth and ensuring unparalleled client satisfaction on large-scale ventures. Your success will be measured by major contracts secured, equipment utilization, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive Pinnacle Hire to lead the dewatering and transfer pump market in the Municipalities & Water Authorities, Mining, and Civil Construction sectors.
* Identify, qualify and secure key new business opportunities, including large-scale tenders for major projects.
* Take full ownership of retaining and growing existing accounts.
Maintain strong collaboration with Pinnacle Hire's sales, service, and product teams. Utilize HubSpot CRM effectively to manage the sales pipeline, track clients, and generate reports to support sales performance and decision-making.
