About the Role
Join a vibrant and dynamic team where your contribution will directly support the delivery of major Civil Infrastructure tenders. You will provide key administrative support to our Tender Coordinator and Estimating team within a busy and collaborative environment.
Your role will be essential in ensuring the tender processes runs smoothly, including document preparation, daily monitoring of tender registers, and uploading complex tender packages into internal Document Control Systems. This specialist position also supports Company and Client Compliance, Standards and Specifications.
You'll work across a wide variety of bids and proposals, offering opportunities to learn, contribute and grow.
Clear, accurate and efficient communication with internal teams, subcontractors and external stakeholders will be a key part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with preparing, formatting, and compiling tender documentation, EOIs and marketing capability submissions
* Coordinate tender workflow, deadlines, and internal reviews within a time-sensitive environment
* Liaise with engineers, estimators, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather technical and commercial information
* Collate CVs, project experience, and company capability materials for inclusion in submissions
* Provide proactive administrative support across the estimating and wider business development teams as required
Key Skills & Experience
* Flexible and willing to assist with a variety of tasks as required
* Willingness to learn new tasks and support team members wherever gaps appear
* Strong administrative and document control skills with excellent attention to detail
* Well-organised, self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Qualifications
* Certificate in Business Administration, Construction Support, Project Support, or similar desirable
* Familiarity with tender portals (TenderLink, Vendor Panel, Government Tendering Portals etc.) desirable
* Prior experience in the construction or civil engineering sector will highly advantageous
