About the Role:

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, guiding customers through their moving journey and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

This is a phone-based sales role where personality, confidence and follow-up matter. You'll build strong connections, provide tailored solutions and navigate conversations with professionalism to confidently convert enquiries into bookings — all while delivering exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For:

Sales experience (12 months minimum preferred) (outbound or inbound) – however we are happy to train the right person, with the right attitude and work ethic

Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.

A goal-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment

Key Responsibilities:

* Inbound Phone Sales – Convert leads into bookings through engaging conversations in a phone-based sales role.
* Lead Conversion – Manage and follow up customer enquiries effectively.
* Achieve Sales Targets – Drive revenue and maximise your earning potential.
* Customer Relationship Management – Provide top-tier service to encourage repeat business and referrals.
