We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Nurses to become part of our dedicated. In this rewarding role, you will work both independently and collaboratively, supporting and mentoring nursing staff and Personal Carers.
As a key clinical leader in our Residential Aged Care team, you will deliver holistic care that meets the preventative, palliative, and rehabilitative needs of our residents – helping them live with dignity and comfort.
Your day-to-day will involve:
* Delivering person-centred care providing high-quality clinical care to residents
* Supporting and mentoring Personal Carers and Enrolled Nurses
* Ensuring care plans are regularly reviewed and updated with collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
* Managing medications and supplies in line with legal requirements
* Ensuring compliance with aged care standards and policies
* Promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for residents and staff
* Build effective relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
About you:
* Minimum two years recent experience as RN
* Experience in Dementia care is preferable.
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
* Demonstrated clinical skills and recent experiences working within Aged Care.
* Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively.
