Regional Sales Lead - Capital Equipment
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to lead the capital equipment sales effort across Western Australia's agricultural sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to drive end-to-end sales growth across WA's key agricultural regions
* Grow market share through strategic account development and territory planning, engaging with farmers, contractors, distributors, and industry partners
* Conduct product demonstrations and provide on-farm support to customers
* Identify emerging opportunities across broadacre cropping, livestock, and mixed farming
* Represent the organization at field days, industry events, and regional roadshows
* Provide accurate forecasting and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in capital equipment or agricultural sales
* Strong knowledge of WA agriculture and seasonal business cycles
* A proactive approach to regional field work
* Ability to communicate value, ROI, and whole-of-life cost to customers
* Confidence presenting, negotiating, and closing mid-to-high-value deals
* A valid driver licence and willingness to travel regionally
