About the Role
Motors Launceston are seeking an experienced and driven Service Manager to lead our service department. In this key leadership role, you'll be responsible for managing daily operations, driving team performance, and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
* Oversee workshop operations and ensure efficient workflow management
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians, advisors, and support staff
* Monitor service KPIs and implement strategies to achieve performance targets
* Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth vehicle throughput and delivery
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a Service Manager or senior service leadership role
* Strong understanding of workshop operations and service metrics
* Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team
* Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* Current driver's licence
