About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/Estimator to join our Canberra team. You will be responsible for overall coordination of various projects including project administration, planning, and ensuring successful deliveries of projects.
Responsibilities
* Coordination of projects
* Project administration
* Attend site meetings
* Site measures
* Preparing tenders
* Procurement of plant, materials & Equipment
* Site specific SWMS
* Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects.
* Coordinate schedules, track progress, and maintain project documentation.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
* Support risk assessments, quality management, and procurement activities.
* Ensure project compliance with procedures and provide status updates.
Your Experience
* Experienced in the Construction industry including project administration
* Strong communication and management skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
* Proficient with MS office and project software
* Strong understanding and knowledge of building services integration
* Degree in Building & Construction Management would be preferred but not essential
