Responsibilities
* Oversee trades and subcontractors across multiple sites, ensuring efficient sequencing and progress monitoring.
* Monitor quality control, ensuring works comply with plans and specifications.
* Manage site safety and WHS compliance, including site inductions and hazard identification.
* Coordinate procurement and design teams to ensure material deliveries align with site needs.
* Track schedule milestones and escalate delays or risks to senior management.
Requirements & Skills
* Proven experience as a Carpenter or Leading Hand.
* Capability to schedule trades.
* Strong technical knowledge of building methods and residential standards.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Problem solver with ability to respond to issues proactively.
* Competent in reading plans and managing quality assurance.
* Sound organisational skills, time management, and ability to prioritise.
