The Machine Operator will be responsible for daily operations of machinery, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring efficient use of hand tools. The role involves collaboration with the team to complete excavation and construction projects safely and to the highest standards. Additional responsibilities include routine maintenance of equipment and adherence to safety protocols.QualificationsExperience in Machine Operation and working with various types of MachineryStrong skills in Quality Control to ensure project standards are metProficiency in using Hand Tools and performing minor equipment maintenanceGood Communication skills to work effectively within a teamCommitment to workplace safety and environmental standardsRelevant certifications or licenses for operating specific machinery (e.g., forklift, excavator) are advantageousPrevious experience in civil construction or excavation is a plus
