They have a diverse range of projects comprising student accommodation, commercial buildings, and up‐market boutique hotel developments. The culture prioritises quality design outcomes combined with the highest level of care and respect for clients.
The Opportunity
The practice currently seeks a Project Architect to join their team on a permanent basis. The practice has a proven track record of upskilling staff, and as such long‐term prospects exist to progress within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to all project phases, from concept design through to construction documentation and administration.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative and practical design solutions.
* Engage with team leaders and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
* Utilise BIM tools, particularly Autodesk Revit, for efficient project documentation.
Skills Required
* A registered architect or nearly registered (those seeking support through this process will be encouraged).
* Proficiency in Revit and BIM360 is essential.
* Strong design and technical skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* A proactive approach to problem‐solving and continuous improvement.
